Membership Terms & Conditions

iPadel Melbourne is a private members-only padel club. By applying for membership, you agree to follow the club rules, respect the venue, staff, members, guests and players, and use the facilities safely and responsibly.

1. Membership Application

Submitting a membership application does not automatically guarantee approval. iPadel Melbourne may review, accept, decline, suspend or cancel membership access where reasonably necessary to protect the club, staff, members, players, guests, facilities or business operations.

2. Member Behaviour

Members must treat all staff, coaches, players, guests, contractors and other members with respect. Abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted.

3. Court Bookings and Access

Members must book courts through the approved booking system, including Playtomic where required. Members must only use courts during their booked time and must leave the court promptly when their booking ends.

4. Equipment and Facilities

Members must take care of all courts, glass, nets, gates, seating, hire equipment, merchandise, toilets, change areas and shared spaces. Members must not intentionally or carelessly damage club property, equipment or facilities.

5. Cleanliness

Members must keep the club tidy, dispose of rubbish properly, and leave courts and shared areas clean and safe for the next players.

6. Damage and Costs

Members may be responsible for reasonable repair, replacement or cleaning costs where damage, loss or excessive mess is caused by their careless, reckless or intentional conduct.

7. Safety and Personal Responsibility

Padel involves physical activity and carries normal sporting risks, including slips, falls, collisions, impact injuries and overuse injuries. Members must play safely, use suitable footwear and equipment, and only participate if they are fit and able to do so.

8. Personal Belongings

Members are responsible for their own personal belongings while at the club. iPadel Melbourne is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items except where required by law.

9. Personal Information

iPadel Melbourne collects membership application information to assess applications, contact applicants, manage membership access, support court bookings and connect membership details with Playtomic accounts where required.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Agreement

By submitting a membership application, ticking the agreement checkbox and providing a digital signature, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued membership use may require agreement to updated terms.
