At iPadel Pro Shop, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and weight.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

iPadel Pro Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.

International shipping is not currently available. We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
