We know that the fun begins as soon as you click “order” on iPadel. That’s why we stress fast, reliable shipping so much. We want your padel racket, padel balls, or other gear to get to you as soon as possible.
This Shipping Policy tells you how orders are packed, sent, and delivered all over Australia.
Where We Ship From
Our logistics and fulfilment centre in Melbourne ships all online orders.
Being stocked locally means faster processing, better tracking, and faster delivery, especially for people in Melbourne and Victoria.
Where We Deliver
We ship all over Australia, including:
- Melbourne and the rest of the area Victoria,
- New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and Northern Territory
- Most of the metro area and some of the regional areas
If you’re not sure if your area is covered, just ask us and we’ll check for you.
Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We offer flexible delivery options depending on how soon you want to be on court:
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days
- Suitable for padel rackets, balls, bags, apparel, and accessories
- Cost calculated at checkout
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days
- Ideal for urgent orders, same day delivery or last-minute gear upgrades
- Available for most Australian postcodes
We usually process and ship orders from our Melbourne logistics hub within 1 to 2 business days. During busy times, shipping may take a little longer, but we’ll always let you know.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Item size and weight
- Selected shipping method
There are no hidden fees; you’ll see the full shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This way, you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Did you not get tracking information within 48 hours? Get in touch and we’ll take care of it right away.
Multiple Items & Combined Shipping
We ship multiple items together whenever possible.
If some items are not available, they may ship separately. If that happens, we will let you know.
Missed, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Check around your property
- Ask neighbours or building management
- Contact your local courier depot
Still no luck? Contact us and we’ll assist with the courier investigation.
Incorrect Address Details
At checkout, please check your delivery information again. If an order is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, you may have to pay extra shipping costs to send it again.
Please let us know right away if you see a mistake after placing your order. We’ll do our best to fix it before it ships.
